These are some words that come to mind when I consider what I offer my clients as a health coach.

Health coaching is all about YOU.  Meeting you where you are, discussing what feels most urgent to you, celebrating all the new practices that you will begin to incorporate and redefining the things that just aren’t working in your life anymore.

When you hire a health coach, you are making a statement that you are finally ready to shift your life in new and amazing ways.  You are ready to create change.  You are ready to let go of restrictive dieting patterns.  You are ready to learn ALL the ways you can take care of your spiritual and emotional body.  You are ready to heal digestive issues, change poor sleep habits, begin exercising or explore new self-care practices.  You are ready to learn how to properly nourish your body by understanding how to listen to what it wants.

Why do you want a health coach?

Maybe you know that you need to clean up your diet but you just don’t know what the heck you should be eating or how you can make it work with your busy schedule!

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and begin to implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
