Gratitude.
Make space for it. Make a list at the end of each day. Take some time in the morning to reflect. Daydream. Discuss it with a loved one. Sing about it. Hold it in your heart. No matter how you go about it, taking time with all that you are grateful for can have profound shifts on your body and your mind.
When we spend time with gratitude, we are re-training the mind to focus on the positives, the beauty and the love that surrounds us. We are choosing to see the good in the world instead of the negative, frustrating or hurtful.
So… what are you grateful for today?
with love and immense gratitude for you,
Amanda
