Simple Guacamole

I have a serious love for avocados… so obviously, I take my guacamole pretty seriously.

What you need:guacomole

2 ripe avocados

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice from one lime

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Dice both avocados, place in a mixing bowl and mash with fork or whisk.

Mix in other ingredients.

Additional ingredients may include:

A small handful of cilantro

5 – 10 cherry tomatoes, halved

Red pepper flake

Jalepeno, minced

 

Serve with organic corn chips, veggie sticks or as a side with your taco salad!
