This delicious smoothie pretty much sums up what breakfast has looked like over the past month… I have been mindfully guzzling one of these beauties down most mornings (when I am taking a day away from my fav purple smoothie) and I am convinced it has helped me feel more inspired and creative throughout the day (the fresh flowers have been helping too)…
Ingredients
(makes 1-2 servings… which means you can enjoy it all in one sitting or save some for later!)
– 2 big handfuls of leafy greens (use whatever is in your fridge, and don’t forget to rotate your greens)
– 1 cup frozen peaches
– 1 banana
– 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or coconut butter)
– 1-2 cups raw coconut water
Blend and enjoy!
