Rotate your greens people!!
Sometimes we can get stuck putting the same greens in our smoothies and juices day after day (hello kale and spinach) and although these greens are wonderful for us, our body likes some variety, so try to switch it up! Rainbow chard, green chard, collard greens, romaine, broccoli, cabbage, watercress, dandelion, mustard greens, and bok choy are all great options! Try them out, and let me know what fun combos you come up with.
