I want you to feel your best this summer!
So to help you do that, I created “Summer of Health,” a series of workshops based on what I have learned and experienced over the years. My goal is to help you to take control of your health, gain confidence with your food choices, and feel vibrant in your own skin.
This Wednesday, July 24th at 7pm, I will be sharing my favorite ways to “prep the week for healthy eating.”
One of the BEST ways to support and encourage healthy eating habits is by being prepared. So to make these healthy transitions a little easier for you, I am going to cover all the ways to get your kitchen, your shopping list and your meals ready ahead of time. This way, when the craziness of life kicks in, you will not be stressed about what you are going to cook/eat/feed yourself and your loved ones.
This workshop will be donation based, and there will be snacks for everyone to enjoy. Once I receive your RSVP email, I will send you directions along with additional details.

The “Summer of Health” workshops will be held every other Wednesday night in Briarcliff, NY from 7-830 pm, beginning on July 10th (July 10th, July 24th, August 7th, and August 21st).
Can’t attend them all? No worries… Although this is a workshop series, each separate evening will offer useful information on health and wellness, tasty snacks, and a wonderful feeling of support. Hope to see you there.
