Last Friday, I packed up my car and road-tripped it up to NY, where I will be spending the rest of the summer months. Of course, I am really looking forward to spending this time with family and friends, but I am literally dancing with excitement about an amazing healthy workshop series that I have been working on (insert mental image of me dancing, because it is actually happening).
As you might know, I really LOVE to talk about healthy eating and living, and as a health coach, I feel that it is my duty to share my education and my personal experiences in order to teach and inspire others. So, in celebration of my time in NY, I have created “Summer of Health,” a series of workshops that will share SO MUCH of what I have learned about healthy living over the years. And because summertime is a time for celebration, all of these workshops will be donation based (I know, crazy, but I really want to get you feeling your best this summer).

You will learn how to eat clean. You will leave with great handouts. And most importantly, we will have a lot of fun in the process.
The “Summer of Health” workshops will be held every other Wednesday night in Briarcliff, NY from 7-830 pm, beginning on July 10th. (July 10th, July 24th, August 7th, and August 21st)
Each workshop will be donation based, and there will be snacks and food samples for everyone (please RSVP so I can have enough food to go around).
